Divisions
Junior Division – 15 and under
Open Division – 16 and up

Fiddlers can register for only one of the preceding divisions. Space is limited so register early to ensure entry.
All fiddlers should check in at the registration table between 9 a.m. and 9:45 a.m.

Tunes
Each contestant must play two old time tunes of their choice. There is a 5 minute time limit for each contestant.

Judging
Judges will be looking for the best traditional old time fiddle players. Styles could include New England Dance, Down East, Canadian, Southern U.S., British Isles, etc.

Additional Rules
Fiddlers may play alone or with a rhythm accompanist.
No electric or amplified instruments allowed.
Fiddlers must play lead melody at all times.
In case of a tie there will be a one-tune playoff.
All prizes will be awarded at the end of the contest.
